Abridged Dress Code Policy

posted Sep 15, 2011, 7:59 AM by Iris Meehan
Students should be neatly, cleanly and appropriately dressed at all times.  Undergarments and midriffs may not be exposed.  We expect that all shorts will be no shorter than 1" above a student's extended fingertips.  Dresses and skirts will be no shorter than the length of the fingertips with arms extended to the student's side.  We require that shirts or blouses overlap a student's pants or skirt by enough margin that the student's midriff or undergarments are not exposed during normal daily activities.
Refer to School Board Policy (JICA).

Please review the dress code policy with your child and expect them to comply with the school's expectations.  We appreciate your help in addressing these issues at home!
