Cooking Matters is coming to Tremont Consolidated! The OPTIONS program is hosting 'Cooking for Kids',
a nationally recognized class for 9-12 year olds run through the Good
Shepherd Food Bank and the University of Maine Cooperative Extension. It
will begin October 25th and continue every Thursday (except for
Thanksgiving) for 6 weeks from 3-5 p.m. Participants must commit to the
entire 6 weeks where they will learn to prepare healthy foods for
themselves and their families. All equipment and supplies are provided.
Space is limited to a maximum of 15 and priority will be given by the
age of those interested. Contact Mr. Wood for more information or to
