Dental Clinic Friday, April 29th

MDI Dental Arts will be here on Friday, April 29th! The clinic provides dental cleaning and fluoride treatment for a nominal fee, plus a dental exam by the dentist and sealants if requested and required. However, our dentist is due to have a baby shortly after our clinic. If she has her baby before she won't be able to join us and provide those services. Sorry for the iffy circumstances, but giving birth is something no one can plan! Please let the office or Nurse Rose know if you would like to sign up. The forms are available below or you can request a printed copy from Nurse Rose. They are due by Tuesday, April 26th!
