Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!

This week we celebrated Dr. Seuss's birthday! Cat in the Hat (our own Rob Liebow in disguise) read Horton Hears a Who to the entire school. His reading was broadcast live to the other elementary schools in our district through the use of the Tandberg System. This is an interactive system provided through grant monies to all the schools in our district. After The Cat in the Hat finished his reading students spread out throughout the school and spent the next half hour reading. The celebration continued with Green Eggs, Ham and Who Pudding for lunch. Classrooms are busy decorating their doors with their favorite Dr. Seuss book.
