PTO Sponsored Mindful LIfe Yoga for Kids

Who: Kindergarten through 3rd grade
What: Mindful Life Yoga for Kids
When: Tuesdays after school until 4:00 p.m. on March 20th, 27th, April 3rd, 10th, 24th, May 1st
Where: Tremont Consolidated School

Join certified Mindful Life Yoga for Kids instructor Mr. Kreg in a practice filled with fun and fitness. The Mindful Life innovative brain-based method utilizes developmentally appropriate techniques to help children develop: attention, impulse control, empathy, positive thinking, and personal and environmental awareness.

Each class introduces brain-based skills to your child that may lay the foundation for life long practice filled with mindfulness and yoga. Children laugh and learn as they enjoy six afternoons filled with creativity, mindfulness and wonder.
